The Girls Next Door

I love reviewing shallow TV shows that have nothing to offer other than T and A because they're so easy to rip apart. With that said The Girls Next Door series is a representation of all that is wrong with this world. As a red blooded male, I enjoy seeing a beautiful woman and can appreciate physical beauty, however, when it's presented in the fashion it is here, it ruins that thing that was attractive about that whole notion.The Girls Next Door actually makes me sad inside because I see women fawning over some old man just because of his money and waking up in the morning totally happy that they sold themselves to Hef, hoping that he will one day slap them in the behind and tell them they can now go out there and be somebody. I don't blame Hef for this occurance as many old men like Ted Kennedy and Donald Trump are used to young stupid girls offering up their bodies to them for a shot at fame and lifestyle. So if they accept a freebie once in a while, they understand that they can compensate these girls for usage of their bodies by helping them to get on TV. It's obvoius that a man came up with the concept of these shallow reality shows with hot chicks in them. Only a man would understand that there is never a shortage of ignorant young chicks, ready to get naked and do whatever for a few pesos.In close, this is a sad look into the lives of three shallow women who have sadly sold their assets to Mr. Hefner in the hopes that maybe Hef will allow them to have their 15 minutes of fame and maybe make a few dollars along the way. Women like these will all be bankrupt in the coming years as they believe the illusion and spend their earnings foolishly, winding up bankrupt with sagging bodies and no real world skills. How far we have fallen..............

I was a little skeptical about this show when it first aired. Thought it was just going to be a couple of blonde bimbos running around naked all the time but boy was I wrong. I absolutely adored the original girls, Bridget has several college degrees even and Holly's career with Playboy just shows that these girls have brains and weren't just in the relationship with Hef for the money and if you watch the show it even says that they have a budget and fly coach when they take trips. Now for the new girls... I can honestly say I couldn't even bring myself to watch an episode after just seeing a commercial... It just feels like they reverted to that original assumption of blonde bimbos with no brains.. At least on the twins end. I watch Kendra and crystal made an appearance as well as hearing some things on the radio and it seems like she might actually care about Hef, but the twins.... Watched a few of the clips and I thought I physically felt my IQ drop..
