@Kay Luge: What do you listen to?As others have said, the Lips have been around for quite a long time. Their career has probably seen more years than you have. They also were never handed a contract. They've gotten to where they are by years of hard work and creativity. They are the epitome of what it is to be a true Indie band...they started their career themselves from their van, and spent years doing so before they started getting noticed. They put on one of the more entertaining shows of any band I've ever seen, with more heart than most. They are true music artists, as they don't do it for a paycheck. They do it because they love music.
