The Electric Company 1970s

Im not sure if the Blood Hound Gang was part of this show or 3-2-1 Contact.
It was a group of young adults solving crime. I think it came on only on Fridays, but it was thier theme song I still remember; "When ever there's trouble we're there in a double we're the blood houd gang, if you got the crime, we got the time, we're the blood hound gang." Does that sound familuar? I'm going to watch the Electric Company, it's the least I can do since I haven't paid the electric bill yet. Lol. Mecca2012

I haven't watched this show since it was originally aired. Now I know why I like 60s-cocktail-lounge music as well as funk. Thank you, Morgan Freeman.

What would make me most happy is if someone could find the clip where Morgan Freeman and pals sing High, Higher, Highest. It's one of those things you just have to see at least once before you die, Morgan Freeman singing in a super high falsetto voice.

As a member of the seasme workshop from PBS a public television network, 32 episodes for the past 5 season wasn't enough. I thought you were adding more from the electric company with 32 episodes from the 1st to 5th seasons. Aren't you getting it right or the c sound. fix it. That's the x sound.

I quite agree with Lily Foy! It's a drag all 780 programs aren't here for viewing, or on a deluxe DVD box set for that matter of about 26 discs, five programs on each disc, ten if each disc is double-sided. You couldn't ask for better talent than the ensemble cast it had. I cannot picture people other than who were cast in the roles being in the series. The tri-colored logo with the crazy Moog jingle PBS had in use all its years is something that can't be beaten either. Something this series has that the current revival doesn't is rewatchability.

Why, oh why, don't they just rerun the whole thing from start to finish. That show was way beyond it's years back then and would be interesting for kids today. It was hip and still is. My kids would definitely still get into everything on that show. I could sit here all day long and watch these episodes over and over again. What talent!! What a show!! We grew up with Morgan Freeman(and his likes) teaching us how to read, how cool is that!! He's like granpa to me!! lol.

My kids love this.... Please add more full length episodes.
