I Completely Agree. Being a Catholic/MiddleClass/ Repblican I've been stuck on the fence with the whole subject of "gay marriage" for quite some time, but after tonights show and Jon's brilliant comments and views, he's completely made me see the light; It was like an epiphany. Every rebuttle he had towards Mike was perfect. I hope he voices his opinions more often.

Being a Muslim makes it hard to bring up gay marriage as an issue since the Muslim population tends to be REALLY anti-gay (worse than catholics or evangelicals, and trust me, I have both in my family). I'm glad to see this segment made some people see the light and I will force every Muslim and every person "sitting on the fence" about gay marriage watch this one. Because I used to be there (anti-gay) and I realized that I couldn't look my gay friends in the eye and tell them that they did not deserve the right to marry like me.

Palipride, do you even fear Allah? The Quran says clearly that homosexuality is a sin. What part of "For ye practice your lusts on men in preference to women: ye are indeed a people transgressing beyond bounds" doesn't make sense to you? Where's the ambiguity? You can have all the gay friends you want, it doesn't make their actions correct. I also have Christian friends and family, but that doesn't make worshiping Jesus correct in Islam. It's still a sin. So-called "Mozlems" like you are more dangerous to Islam than the CIA, Mossad, and Bin Laden combined. You seek to change the word of Allah to fit your twisted, corrupt ideas, modern ideas instead of seeking to conform to the instructions of Allah and His messenger. Let me make it simple. Islam prescribes amputation for the thief, flogging for the fornicator, and death to the adulterer. How can any religion this strict allow homosexuality?You don't have to force me (I'm Muslim by the way, if you haven't noticed) to watch this show. I've watched this one and several others. I like Jon Stewart and the Daily Show. But there's no way I'm going to let a medium of entertainment convince to trespass against the orders of Allah. If you are so weak that one show (or even a million) can change your faith this easily, I fear deeply for the future of Islam in America.May Allah curse all of those who seek to change this faith.
