Watched a few episodes, not funny. Basically take Flight of the Conchords, make them american, add a few more members, put them on tour, make their music not funny and make the show not funny and you have The All-For-Nots. Indie hipster deusches don't make a show about a band funny.

Watched the whole season and really enjoyed it. I am in a band and really relate to the situations the come up in the series.
