But like some shows, it takes a while to get used to it. The first couple shows didn't really do much for me, but by the middle of the third episode, I was laughing out loud. Yes, some of the scripted commentary is annoying, but overall, this glimpse into a month-long snowboard tour showcases the kind of lifestyle that you'd be scared to send your kid into, but at the same time you get insight into the genuine humanity of the athletes and the kind of intense mentality that drives them to compete, to succeed, and to play as hard as the work. Better than jackass, worse than Born To Shred (which is one of the best fuel shows on hulu).
