We've received a few reports from users who are running into navigation trouble with the new application, and our developers are actively working on a solution. If the application starts losing responsiveness or begins to lag while you navigate, try fully quitting Hulu Plus. You can do so by holding down the PS button and selecting "Quit Hulu Plus." Then, relaunch the app from the TV and Video Services menu. This should help improve the navigation for you.
