That said, you may have some questions about the site, so we've answered some popular questions below.

Where did my Favorites go?

We haven't moved them too far! Your Favorites can now be found by hovering over your Queue at the top right-hand corner of the site.

Did my Queue move?

Your Queue's home is still located at the top right-hand corner of the site.

Where can I find my Recommendations?

We've collected most of the links you may need under the Browse drop-down at the top left of the site. Hovering over this section will allow you access your Recommendations.

How do I search for shows?

The Search function, previously located at the top right-hand corner of the site, is now at the tip-top middle of every page. Just look for the magnifying glass! For a quick-search tip, just start typing anywhere on the page and our site will enter your query in the search field.

How do I find the TV or Movies section?

To make everything more centrally located, we've moved all of these links under the Browse section at the top left-hand corner of the page.  One column for TV, one column for Movies.

How do I log out?

Don't worry, logging out should still be fairly familiar. To log out, hover over your name at the top right-hand corner of the site. Click on Logout to log out of your account.

How do I access my Account page?

Just like you used to on the previous site, hover over your name to access the Account page link.

How can I find help?

The Help section has moved to be more accessible to you. Hover over your name at the top right-hand corner of the page for the link to the Help section.

Where can I find Latino content?

Our updated Browse section groups everything together for more accessibility. Under here, you will find the Latino content section.

Where did the Family Friendly filter go?

Instead of filtering through search options, we've created two genres of movies and shows for your family. From the Browse drop-down, click the Genres link. This will take you a list of Genres and from there you can click through to either the Family or Kids section.

Where did the discussions go?

Those discussion boards that you know and love are in a new place. From the bottom of any page, select the More link. From there, the column to the left will have a link for the Discussions.

Why does the show page look different?

The bigger and cleaner design of the show page makes browsing easier. The "Smart Start" feature to the left of a show's availability notes makes it more convenient for you to track your favorite shows. Watch the latest episode in a series or resume an episode that you've already started watching with just one click. You may have also noticed that the episodes are in a different order – with the addition of Smart Start, you won't have to sort through as many episodes to keep up-to-date.

Where are the availability notes?

A show's availability notes are still located in the same area below a show's main promotional image. Here you will find device and content availability information.
