Dumb
If you have a couple of hours to kill watching the same dialog run over and over and over again then by all means, watch this. It is just repetitive and becomes inane after about 20 minutes.

Absolutely 2nd rate
This movie was the epitome of a B-movie. It was a nice try but was strictly amateur hour. I expected a lot more from somebody with the money Jay-Z has. This was no better than those asinine offering from Master P in the late 90's and early 2000's. Is Ice Cube the only gangsta rapper who has any concept of what it takes to make a good movie?
