It's SUPPOSED to be cliche.
It's SUPPOSED to be corney. The whole point of this show is to make fun of ever spy show cliche they possibly could.
Examples that come to mind:
Voice over narration
Exposition of what would be obvious to the characters
Women in tight clothes (they talk about how tight their clothes are)
Bad guys who can't aim to save their lives
Good girls who almost never miss
Getting wet
Going off on a tangent (They drive down Tangent drive)
Getting back on story (They turn back onto story drive)
Being told only enough to get started on a mission, but not enough to finish it easily
Getting captured and escaping the same way they did last week, and commenting on how they did the same thing last weekThese are cliche in spy shows, so they put them into this show on purpose, and made it obvious on purpose, because it's so funny to those of us who can recognize these things.I love this show.
