School Rumble

I've been hooked on this anime from the first episode, and I still (after finishing both seasons a while ago) can't get enough of it. I love how laid-back it is, and I've never seen another anime like it. When I watch this, there's no tension, it's not so serious.
I get frustrated at the hopelessness of Tenma and Harima during the episodes, but it's the addicting kind of frustration that makes you want more, and I absolutely love it :) I also love the back stories of the classmates, and the connection they have with each other.
I'd recommend this show to teens because it really likes to exaggerate the tough points in our middle and high school lives and the drama and "horrible pain" we have to go through sometimes, and you can really relate to it while having a laugh. I wanted them to finish it, but, when I thought about it, in a way I'm glad they didn't, because if it would've gone according to the manga, the ending would've really make me mad :P (I don't want to spoil anything, so I won't say what happens)
Overall, I really love this anime, and I can totally relate to Tenma! Beware, however, that this anime is very addicting and may cause you to lose a lot of sleep trying to finish it :P
