I hate bosses who love messing with people and won't own up to it. Not only making lives miserable just to prove his power, but all that shucking and jiving, having to be "loved" all the time. GAG. I've had so many employers like that. Just be the boss and own what you're doing, and maybe you won't need to make stuff up just to get your rocks off--such a waste.
