Just watched the first episode. It's short and sweet and sure to appeal to dog lovers. I did enjoy the star's chat at the end about how she got her dog and co-star. But the plot was ridiculous. I don't believe for a minute that men think women with dogs are scary (especially one who looks like Famke Janssen). At times, I think my husband may have married me just to GET my dog. Stil, as a huge dog lover, I may check out the other episodes just to see the dogs! Here's hoping Licorice gets an Emmy.

But, me, a regular looking girl, I have four large dogs, a pit, an American bulldog, a Shar Pei mix and a Husky mix, and I've experienced guys freaking out, not wanting to come in when they see the dogs through the window.... you get the picture lol! Of course those are all losers that my dogs were screening :) (The guy I'm dating now loves my dogs... maybe more than he likes me :P) But, that does happen, unfortunately.I'm going to keep watching too, just because I love animals and want to see if the characters progress more.
