learning, programming, tech, cooking, reading, hiking, gaming, entertainment arts, slashdot, ask.metafilter, etc. more to come
This can somewhat most accurately describe my tastes, for now..., http://www.netflix.com/BeMyFriend/PT3il2XvGidgPuosIFfd
Adult alternative mainly - lots of others.
Football and Tennis - not a huge sports guy.
30 Days, The F-Word, Kitchen Nightmares (esp. the bbc/ch4 ones), Wife Swap, House, Cops, Blind Date, Hell's Kitchen (again bbc esp.), more to come
Used to love Bradbury and Dahl as a child, but I then moved onto classics such as Clavelle (Shogun, et al) although he's a bit chauvinist - I read all of him, Catch-22, and somewhat recently read most of Clancey's and T. Jefferson Parker's (the latter writes crime/suspense about where I grew up so I always pick up a new one.) Also, Anthony Bordaine(sp) has been OK. The first book I read was great, but the others seemed to mimic his travel show from the travel channel, so. I don't read cook books so I didn't do Les Halle. Kind of a guy guy, so all good in my book. more to come as I remember them.
