I gave up on it once, came back to it after getting more acquainted with Korean drama, and still couldn't finish watching. The reason: lack of backbone of the lead. I thought the premise was interesting and stretched genre conventions with a depressed heroine tempted by suicide. But watching her get walked on and humiliated by everyone scene after scene was too much for me. I could not relate nor sympathize after a while.
I didn't think that the lead's acting was compelling enough either - that could've drawn me in.
