Ralph Pagano is the Pressure cook personified. I stumbled on this show a few days ago and have been so addicted to it , I could not stop watching until I had seen all the episode. Great show and a very entertaining host. He will have a great future on television. Keep it live Ralphie boy !

My husband and I found this show because it randomly popped up in our Hulu suggestions a few weeks ago. Since then we've watched every episode and just can't get enough! I sincerely hope another network chooses to continue this show. Pagano is hilarious, and without him the show would be lackluster. Sometimes the show seems a little stage, but most of the time what is going on is so entertaining that you just don't care. I think it shows fabulous cooking and various ways of preparation, but the most important aspect is this: I judge every cooking show by whether or not it makes me hungry while I'm watching it. This show makes me ravenous!

I've spoken to Ralph and kept in touch with him on Facebook. Pressure Cook will most likely be coming to the Fine Living Network (FLN) in the new year. The same network that picked up Three Sheets (which will hopefully be getting a 5th season).

i dont think the point is too show culture and native cooking but more about seeing this guy try to make it home. the other two just sorta ended up in the mix.

The main idea for the show has promise, but the host is obnoxious. By the end of the episode I felt embarrassed for him. If they spent more time on the culture of the place and the native cooking I could forgive them for their horrid choice in a host.
