Muse

No, no, no, no, no....there is no greater fan of Muse than I. They put on the best live performances I have ever seen and are some of the best musicians that have ever existed. But you need to stop talking, immediately.First, you say that you hate that they got big because of Twilight and then proceed to list the song they wrote specifically for Twilight among your favorites. Then you completely butcher the names of one of the band members (would it really have been that hard to Google it?). And finally, you say that Radiohead seems to be "a mix of Coldplay and Muse..." You hurt my brain and my heart, sir. I'm going to give you a break because I assume you are seventeen (both because of your writing and your ignorance regarding Radiohead) but Radiohead was huge long before Coldplay or Muse were. And unless you only listened to "Creep" I'm not quite sure how you think Coldplay sounds like Radiohead at all. And while I'm definitely not saying that Muse is "copying" Radiohead, there are Muse songs that sound remarkably like Radiohead songs, particularly off the Absolution album. In fact, when I introduced a friend of mine who is a huge Radiohead to Muse, he thought it was a new Radiohead song. A lot of this comes from the fact that Matthew Bellamy and Thom Yorke sound nearly identical at times and that both bands have been known to mix more melodic vocals with harder instrument sounds.I have to apologize because I really hate to be that internet jerk, which I am normally not at all. But that's how much I respect both Muse and Radiohead. :P
