I'll refrain from fan-girling out and attempt to give an honest review without spoils. I'm surprised it took Hulu so long to add this show to their library but I'm glad they did. Despite all the praise I'd love to shed on this show, this drama is far from perfect. It has it's quirks and the adults make you scratch your head and go 'HUH?' throughout the entire series. For those of you that are familiar with Kim Jae Wook's wonderful work in Bad Boy, don't expect to get the same colorful vibe from him here. His acting here is terrible. This drama is carried by the magnificent chemistry between the two leads. JGS and MGY are absolutely adorable together and because of their aura on screen you can forgive the unbelievable and often frustrating aspects of the plot. You'll know what I mean when you see them. The premise of the show is to fight for freedom and power over your own life. JGS portrays that perfectly through his character and MGY is a respectable, non-threatening leading lady that doesn't whine or act outrageous over a complicated situation. Because that this drama has a few unique aspects in it that fall away from the common cliche's though there's still plenty of them in there and lots of comedy. Overall the show is fun to watch and I wouldn't doubt it if some viewers suddenly became fans of Korean rock music after seeing it... or maybe that's just me.
