For the backspace button, can't you make macro that moves back one space and deletes? I'd be really surprised if a Mac couldn't do that.   See 10 other replies

Cool. Not so sure if that spell check is really working for you, though. But seriously, what you all are discussing is not really the Mac, it's the Mac OS. You can run Ubuntu or whatever Linux distro on a Mac, as well as Windows. And some people do. It's nice to still have that choice, isn't it?But I still miss the Amiga OS... BeOS was cool. Hello Don,I recently purchased a mac after being a pc user most of my life. I needed to work on software that is mac native and probably will not be released on pc. When I bought it I was asked if I wanted ms office. I decided to wait and see if open office would work well enough. It's got some slight differences that were irksome in the beginning but after getting used to the interface and the way it works. I'm very happy with the product and the price sure is unbeatable.   See 10 other replies
