Why did they have to get Kyle and Jessie together. they couldn't just leave Kyle with Amanda, it was the one constant good thing in the show and they just couldn't afford leaving any aspect of the show without drama. and on a second note they cancel 90% of the shows on television before the 4th season....why does it always have to be the good ones?

Amanda was an annoyingly dull character who should have been phased out in season 2. While Jessi gave this show a breath of fresh air and actually grew as a character throughout the second and third seasons.

Kyle+Amanda should have died even before Jessi came along - it was soo boring.
I get it, she=a nice girl, he=prince charming, they live happily ever after. Except there is nothing more to say, nor does it work this way in real life. All Amanda ever does is be jealous of Jessi, and stare at Kyle with those deep blue eyes. I mean compare it to any other relationship on the show, where people actually talk about something other "oh I love you more, no I love you more", where people have actual common interest, and where "gasp" people disagree and have fights sometimes.
Relationships based on physical attraction, and the fact that neither is a psycho do not tend to last. Frankly Kyle+Jessi would have worked either as a serious relationship or as funny sibling rivalry. It was Amanda who needed to go.
