um yea
so i watched the movie.. it was ok.. it was strange .. it was a little twisted.. it was all around one of those somewhat like a jerry springer shows... umm all confuesed actors not knowing what they wanted.. it was a slice of life.. strange but ok... ENDING SUCKED

well :
first off she wore the same clothes throug the entire movie except when she was in juvie and the hospital. second it made me want to expect more and therefore i was dissapointed often. third ruthie's character was deranged because she was in love with michael but then hated him then wanted him i think it was her time of the month talk about mood swings. story made sense sort of , what i got out of it all is that you will do what it takes to make your dreams come true and even if life throws you curves . i do disagree about her abandoning her child even if ormy could take better care of the baby. it was an ok movie .

Don't expect more than a slice of life lived in confusion, but watch it...
I enjoyed this movie and thought the 2 hours spent on it was worth it. Well acted, not hollywood at all, which made it all the more real, this stuff really does happen if you're from a small town in the midwest, people's lives intertwine in fantastic ways, and it's bittersweet. Hopes and dreams come and go, with new ones arriving if you are open to them. The ending through me for a loop, I wanted to know what happened to everyone, I guess I'll make up my own ending as each viewer should. Sorta pulp-fiction like, who knows why anybody does anything? Tryin' to make it through life...

this was basically the worst teen pregnancy movie i've ever seen. yes, including the movies they show in high school health class. ew.

Shockingly unexpected
The acting in most chars was ok. I wasnt truly amazed by the story plot but the ending caught me lol. there were actually a few twists in the movie. i guess i didnt like the fact that "ruthie" kept changing her mind about loving mike... or maybe she just never changed her mind. anyway, i actually sat and watched the movie due to the turn-overs.
