In 1998's Kite, creator/director Yasuomi Umetsu explored the dark underworld of a teenage girl assassin. In Kite: Liberator (which is more of a spin-off than a direct sequel), ten years has now passed. A new teenage assassin is cleaning up the grimy streets of Tokyo. The police call her the Angel of Death, an unfeeling assassin who eliminates targets with grace and precision, leaving only a flurry of feathers across the bloody crime scene as a calling card. What the public is unaware of is that this notorious hit man is actually a polite young lady named Monaka. Could the placid face of an innocent high school girl really disguise such a ruthless killer? Monaka seems to be just an average high school girl. But she has a dark and terrible secret linking her past to a murderous police detective and her future to a fatal duel with the one person she loves most in the world.
very impressive to see it like that and yes it was fairly well put together but it needs more it seems unfinished to me but agree it was quite good

I heard that this movie was cut up a lot from the original Japanese version due to explicit sex scenes. Also, I hear the original is really very good too. I am sure that is why this version is all messed up.

I thought it ended fine. It had an admittedly short story, and the character's were developed up to a point as to help the plot along. It started open-ended and finished open ended. This was 'of the moment'; a good look at what Kite is and what she experiences. And it was done very very well. Appreciate the story that was told, the affection between a daughter and her father, and the violent visual spectacle that all came together in such a concise format. I certainly did :)

I agree. This video was terrible. I would be an insult to call it a movie. In the future I'm reading the comments before seeing what passes for a movie. That way I'll save myself some time
