Like you, we love talking about our favorite shows. And while we encourage lively discussion, we also believe in civility. Please treat each other with respect: inflammatory, profane, hostile or
off-topic posts will be removed. For more details, visit the Discussions Info and Policy. Posts may take a few minutes to
appear. To find other discussions, visit the Hulu Discussion Boards, where you can browse general topics and search by keyword.
A "sticky" topic indicates importance and is always on the top of the thread list.
These are typically announcements from Hulu or topics of great interest to the
forums.
What are tags?
Tags are keywords or category labels that can help you find videos on Hulu. They also classify videos for later recall.
How can I use tags?
You can tag videos by simply checking the box next to a popular tag for a video or by using the "add" field to create a new tag. Click on any tag -- "comedy" for example --to discover other similarly tagged videos. Tag search can also help you find videos. Filter your search results by adding related tags. For instance, add "satire" to your comedy search to filter your results.
Click on All Your Tags or the Tags tab on your Profile page to see a list of all videos you have tagged. You can filter this list using your tags and see all the videos you have tagged "action", for example. This allows you to create and organize video collections of your choice.
You may assign up to 30 tags for any video or show, so tag away!
What tags shouldn't I use?
Your tags are public by default and everyone can see them. You should not use:
Profane or obscene language
Tags that are inciting or spiteful
Tags that might harass, abuse or threaten members of the community
Tags that may reveal your personal information or any personal information about children under age 13
Tags that promote illegal or immoral conduct
Tags containing special characters or more than 50 characters
Can everyone see my tags?
To help other Hulu users find interesting videos, your tags are public by default and everyone can see them. And as you navigate using tags, you will find interesting videos as collectively organized by Hulu users.
Can I remove a tag?
You can remove tags that you have assigned at any time; to do so, click on the grey [x] next to a tag in the Your Tags section of video pages.
How can I share my feedback?
Please email your feedback -- what you like about Hulu Tags and how we can make it better -- to feedback@hulu.com. Your input will help us improve the feature over time.
Sorry, currently our video library can only be streamed from within the United States
Hulu is committed to making its content available worldwide. To do so,
we must work through a number of legal and business issues, including
obtaining international streaming rights. Know that we are working to make
this happen and will continue to do so. Given the international background
of the Hulu team, we have both a professional and personal interest in
bringing Hulu to a global audience.
If you'd like, please leave us your email address and the region in
which you live, and we will email you when our videos are available in your
area.
