Responsibilities:
Account Executives are responsible for agency and advertising relationships, prospecting and sales.
- Drive online advertising sales, meet and exceed all sales goals.
- Focus on client direct and named agencies in the Western region.
- Work as a partner to help clients reach their goals and initiatives.
- Manage, renew and up-sell existing clients.
- Prepare proposals and respond to RFP's with a high degree of professionalism, quality and in a timely manner.
- Participate and represent Hulu at local industry events.
- Work with Account Management (including web traffic coordinator) to ensure that client's needs are being met to the best of our ability.
- Stay current of online advertising trends and innovations.
- Prospecting and cold calling skills necessary.
- Some travel required - 30%.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 year previous sales experience in related field, preferably online sales.
- Ability to negotiate/sell the intrinsic value of a program to customers, not just the program/price.
- Ability to manage a specific territory and mine it for business opportunities in order to meet quotas.
- Ability to articulate future business within your territory and provide weekly updates and reports to management.
- Ability to create forecasting models, including budget, dates, probability to close and inventory estimates.
- Ability to work in a fast pace, exciting environment.
- Strong ethics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Education:
Bachelors Degree.

- Support sales team the sales team in managing all proposal, presentation, and campaign management functions
- Support sales team with order entry, working closely with ad ops, providing account support functions, and building presentations
- Support Account Executive
- Manage campaign look-ups and proposal generation
- Call leads/ Lead generation
- Put together media kits
- Assist with Requests for proposals
- Assist with developing sales strategies
- Research necessary data for pending campaigns
- Assist with the management existing accounts
- Creating reports for current campaigns
- Fulfilling client requests
- Assist with the development of creative¹s to internal teams, clients, and publishers
- Work with the Finance team to assist with the billing process
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in online ad sales
- Strong desire to work in Sales
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.
- Strong experience working in Excel and PowerPoint required

Qualifications:
- 7-10 years previous Ad Sales, Marketing and Promotions and Research experience in related field – online or television
- Experience working with research products like Nielsen, MRI, TNS Media Intelligence, Arbitron, Scarborough, Claritas and/or Simmons is a plus.
- Ability to find and communicate great selling stories in data.
- Familiarity with television ratings such as Nielson.
- Ability to transform analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Proven ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.

The Content Relationship Manager will own a set of content partnerships with the objective to maximize the value of those partnerships for both Hulu and the partners.
Responsibilities
- Ongoing monitoring and reporting of industry and audience data to support sales organization in pitching, pricing and client reporting.
- Collaborate with analytics team to identify and create selling stories based in user behavior
- Field custom research to support sales efforts like user panels, segmentation studies and cross-media studies.
- Create and maintain research briefs, one-sheets and white papers on a variety of topics important to the overall business goals.
- Manage partners in implementing audience targeting abilities including behavioral and demographic targeting.
- Close collaboration with sales team on a daily basis to address client requests and build sales presentations.
- Interaction with client and agency organizations as needed.
- Integrate audience data from television and online to create compelling sales messages
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Online advertising research in a media, market research or agency setting.
- Experience working with research products like comScore, Nielsen Online, TNS Media Intelligence; Scarborough, Claritas and/or Simmons is a plus.
- Ability to find and communicate great selling stories in data.
- Familiarity with television ratings such as Nielson.
- Extensive experience working with the advertising sales teams to provide strategic research in support of client specific presentations and proposals.
