Responsibilities:
The Director, Regional Ad Sales is responsible for agency and advertising
relationships, prospecting and sales.
- Drive individual and team based online advertising sales, meet and exceed all sales goals.
- Focus on client direct and named agencies in various regions.
- Work as a partner to help our clients reach their goals and initiatives.
- Manage, renew and up-sell existing clients.
- Prepare proposals and respond to RFP's with a high degree of professionalism, quality and in a timely manner.
- Participate and represent Hulu at local industry events.
- Work with Account Management (including traffic coordinator) to ensure that client's needs are being met to the best of our ability.
- Stay current of online advertising trends and any major initiatives.
- Prospecting and cold calling skills necessary.
- Some travel required - 30%.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10-15 years previous sales experience in related field, preferably with heavy exposure to online sales and/or broadcast television.
- Ability to manage a staff.
- Forecasting includes budget, dates, probability to close and inventory estimates.
- Ability to work in a fast pace, exciting environment.
- Strong ethics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Education:
Bachelors Degree, Masters a plus.

- Support sales team the sales team in managing all proposal, presentation, and campaign management functions
- Support sales team with order entry, working closely with ad ops, providing account support functions, and building presentations
- Support Account Executive
- Manage campaign look-ups and proposal generation
- Lead follow up and lead generation
- Put together media kits
- Assist with Requests for proposals
- Assist with developing sales strategies
- Research necessary data for pending campaigns

- Work with the Finance team to assist with the billing process
Qualifications:

Traffic Coordinators report to the Manager of Ad Operations and play a key role in the functioning of the ad operations group. This role is responsible
for management of advertising campaigns including:
- Management of display and video ad campaigns
- Daily management includes trafficking, pacing, optimization, and reporting of ad campaigns
- FTP and testing of all ad creative for compliance of site specifications as well as functionality
- Trafficking and implementation of targeting and 3rd party tracking to support specific requirements of a sale
- Partner with Campaign Manager Managers to maintain advertiser client relationships and their campaigns
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of ad exec, online media, or other advertising experience
- Exceptional relationship management and communications
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.
- Strong experience working in Excel and Power Point required
- Knowledge of online ad serving (video ad experience a strong plus)
- Experience with Atlas, DoubleClick, 24/7 Real Media, or similar ad serving solution a strong plus
