Jejoongwon

I have no answer for you about what to do about the subtitles, since I am assuming they were created by Koreans in Korea, who think they know English, *before* the original airing on Korean television. They know that a Korean show will be aired across the world, especially one like Jejoongwon.But I will say that the subtitles got worse and worse throughout the series. It's almost as if whoever was creating them got bored halfway through... or was busy eating a sandwich and didn't want to go back to fix it.I only have enough Korean to sound like a 5-year-old, but even I laughed at some of the "translations" they came up with. Many, many times, the subtitles would have some kind of American English idiom or turn-of-phrase that had no real relation to the Korean meaning. Granted, some of the literal translation may not have made sense to those not exposed to Korean culture, but I think it would have made more sense than what was given.And I agree about translating written words. I had to rewind and pause a few times to try to read and understand with my halting pre-school level.

For some reason italicized subs (used for phone, offscreen, flashback, etc) don't always come through on Hulu. You might have to make a direct complaint in the help discussions, since you can't report problems with individual episodes.
