Islam kills more than that many people in Jihad attacks every week. The crusades were a *response* to Muslim aggression. Persian (Muslim) armies fought their way all the way up into Spain, Italy and Greece, raping, looting, burning the whole way. The crusades were what kept them from taking over northern Europe - the English and Germans (Huns) had had enough, and turned them back. At the time of slavery in America and Europe, slavery existed *everywhere*, and America and England are where the abolitionist movement *started*. Today, slavery still exists in Africa and the Middle East. Get your history straight before you brand an entire religion.
