How to Look Good Naked

Gee....I watched the UK version first. I like the UK host better. The US host is just too... much. The whole show is just over done. I like the project girl... but not all that gaudiness. Oh, why do the Brits beat us on style? ...

NOTE TO ALL GUYS: this show has no naked girls. Just go to the beach and you will see the same thing as you see on here.
As for this show, it's a OK lifetime show. It's a self help to people who don't think they look good. The reason why I rated this a 2 is 1 the title is miss leading, and 2, if the person really had that much problem with them thinking they looked that bad then they wouldn't be on TV and it would be YEARS before they let anyone see them like that. But since that are happy with their body, they let the WORLD see their body where as if they were somewhat OK with their body they might let a trainer (one or 2 people) see them like that.. So I think most all of the girls on here just want 15 min of fame.
But besides that it's a OK show to watch if you are facing this problem.

I like how he took the woman's negative perceptions and showed her how they were essentially all in her head. This is something that affects everyone, male or female whether it be about body or appearance or even personality. As a man who at times suffers from a negative self image and a fear of showing my personality to people (lest it be found to be inadequate), it is therapeutic to watch these kinds of shows. I am not overweight but I have problems with being self conscious. He teaches you not to trust your own self doubts. Which is good.I am straight, and I think the lady was hot.
