The issue isn't if the antibodies were in his blood. Chase falsified a test by taking the blood of a 70 year old woman with scleroderma. They treated the wrong disease.
I really don't want to see Chase go, but I do hope he isn't willing to risk taking down his colleagues with him. Under different circumstances I would say he would be justified in taking Dibala's life. Especially considering the outcome of moderates as a replacement, giving the region stability and a chance at prosperity. Because Chase is a doctor and took an oath that he abandoned he dishonored his profession. So he deserves punishment and the loss of his license because of gross negligence and fraud. Although he cannot be extradited because the crime was committed on a patient on our soil, but there may indeed be a hearing for extradition due to him being a foreign leader. I believe that would easily fall through.
Since I don't really want him to get the end of that spear. What I want to happen is the loss of his license and some type of opportunity to stay on at the hospital like House did in the episode.
