She would leave in a swirl of guilt and curses to herself about her misjudgement, Silently of course, while she tried to concoct a story that would explain the Beard Burn. Makeup in the Car? Certainly! Putting on her lipstick in the rear view mirror? Definitely! but not in the apartment and Especially She Would Not Leave The Lipstick Behind. That was the wrong note, for me. My first inkling that something was wrong with this picture (other than the abbreviated Detox which I assumed were the writer's way of gettin out of the whole visually messy and Lengthy process.) It made it easier to accept that the whole thing was a fantasy ; ]
