I agree! Watching the show subbed is so distracting and you can't fully watch the show because you're too busy reading the subtitles for everything!! The whole reason I joined Hulu was because YouTube took off all the english dubs on their animes and it totally pissed me off! Grrrrrrrrrr! Oh well. TT^TT

Don't worry I agree with you cause somtimes people can't do it like kids can't just ask their parents and get it, and if a your on a tight budget. So it's reasonable to say that cause I am in that boat.

I find it really disappointing that hulu and whoever else is representing Hetalia only have about 4 ep dub. Neflix has at least 2 season, and I can't see why they don't post the rest of the episodes here. Now I know what you all are going to say "Then why don't you watch on Neflix or watch subs?" You know what? Screw you.

I see where you're comming from but you need to have a sence of humor too. Yes, WW@ was a terrible thing and so was WW1 but this is soposed to be funny. This whole thing is based off of the stereotypes of different countries and putting these characters into the situations and making people laugh. Yes, the World Wares were terrible but Hetalia was great, i LOVE it.

i LOVE this show and i like your comment about not being acurate. although that's true, it was still Hilarious! America was spot on, i thouhg his relationships were completely accurate. and agree with you abput Russia.

Let's face it: This isn't a show that's bent on portraying historical accuracy. It's all very tongue-in-cheek and it doesn't take itself seriously at all. They're not going to show the real reasons for WWII because this is supposed to be a parody of world relations. It's just not the point. Everyone agrees that WWII sucked no matter who you were, and everyone acted like some manner of douchebag during that period. We all know. Either you're going to love it or hate it. Really no in-between. Personal preference, really.

That being said, I thought it was a pretty good representation of how different countries have acted throughout history. If you can't laugh at yourself and your own country, then super-nationalism wins. I thought the representation of America was spot-on. Also, Russia creeps me out. (In a funny way)
