My VIZIO/TiVo app is not loading
We've received some reports about the VIZIO and TiVo Premiere applications having trouble loading the Hulu Plus interface, often freezing on the main loading screen.

We've found the most common cause to be large queues, and we're working on resolving this issue as soon as we can. In the meantime, we have a temporary fix.


If you do have a large number of videos in your queue, the quickest way to get the app working again is to remove most of them by visiting your queue on your personal computer.

  1. Go to your queue
  2. Remove saved shows until you have less than 200 in your queue (in some rare cases, you may need to go down to 0)
  3. Then, restart the Hulu Plus app on your VIZIO or TiVo Premiere


Again, this is just a temporary work-around, and we will continue working on fixing the issue on our end – if this does not solve the issue, please contact us to let us know what steps you've already tried, and we'd be happy to help further.
