GHA is a good idea, but the execution of the idea is not going well. I would like to see more teaching of the members as well as more guiding the members to become better at research. I don't like the "grouping and throwing them in" to see who survives, way the show is going. A team should be born after working closely together, experiencing the paranormal, as well as the normal human interactions, and dealing with both. Steve and his buddy should be teachers, guiding the group along and providing critique of work in a positive manner. In other words, teaching not controversy. I enjoy Ghost Hunters because of the team pulling together, and learning as they go. I was hoping that GHA might address some questions that GH is not formatted to answer. What happens before a hunt, what to expect with a hunt, how do ghost hunters help the ghost or people who are having bad experiences? What do ghost hunters do to protect themselves? I would like to see follow-ups to previous hunts in people's homes. Private homes interest me much more than jails, big buildings, ships, or forts. This show has the potential of being an excellent way to teach the average person about scientific investigation of the paranormal. At this time, the show is little better than a soap opera.
