Fact or Faked: Paranormal Files

I remember one episode where they couldn't figure out about some strange lights in the sky. I'm ex air force and I knew exactly what the lights were. They were the typical light pattern of a B1B jet aircraft leaving the near by base. I even showed my kids pictures online of B1B to prove the light pattern to them and how because of its speed and light conditions you can sometimes only see the lights as it flies away. I give them credit for trying but sometimes they need more heads than they already have.

It is a cookie cutter reality television show about the paranormal. I only watch this show when I am bored, and only on hulu. There is nothing special, nothing groudbreaking and for the most part, they usually do a horrible job and jump to some big conclusions. They also do not seem to have the...courage...to officially declare something is obviously faked. Saying instead "Well, the video/photos/etc can be explained by other means. Not that we are saying such and such isn't real/is fake", even when they have overwhelming evidence that shows it is fake. The only plus side to their investigations is that instead of using those horrible over the shoulder cams, like in Destination Truth, that are pointed at the wearers face, they mount cameras on the shoulder and in masks that actually point to what they are looking at. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy Destination Truth, but those cameras that point at their faces are just 100% pointless. I watch the show to see what you discover and to see what you see, not to witness the expression on your face as you see something.
