This movie has nothing to do with H.G. Wells' short story, other than involving ants. If some of the critics spouting this lie had read the story, they'd know it wasn't a novel, and the ants (less than two inches long) fashioned weapons. Oh, what's the point... the people who like this movie have no interest in reading.
