Eight Days Mystery of Jeongjo Assassination

This is probably one of the most boring period dramas I have seen. The entire plot is about a group of merchants trying to overthrow the government and kill the king. (It says so in the title.) Actors are boring, characters are boring, the plot is boring, the fashion style is boring, place is boring, the entire attempt to murder the king is boring. The only thing that I found a bit interesting is the story about two friends who end up working for the opposite sides. Even the fighting scenes are boring. I haven't seen the last two episodes (yet) and cannot tell you if the end is boring. I am going to watch some less boring shows. Even "The Painter Of The Wind" is more interesting than this. But if you feel the need to check out this particular show go right ahead. I am not stopping you. I didn't like it but perhaps you will.
