i signed up for the 7.99 bucks monthly service but every time I open a movie I want to watch there are only clips!! Can anyone guide me in the rigth direction before I jump to conclusions about hulu's service??

I'm sorry, but whoever heard of "looking everywhere" for shows that you've bookmarked and not checking THE FREAKING QUEUE? They're right there at the top! There's a link bar at the top of your Queue that says "Queue, Watch History, BOOKMARKS. Where exactly did you LOOK?

Thank you! I have also been lost as to where bookmarks are stored. 'Recommendations' is somewhat vague. Perhaps a list of options (i.e. bookmarks) could drop down from the recommendations tab when someone's cursor goes over it. See 11 other replies
