Every video I try to watch on here has the same issue. The commercial will play just fine, then the first three to five seconds of the show will play (albeit somewhat choppily), and then it freezes on a frame and doesn't move. The audio keeps going. Buffering doesn't help. Even if I rewind the video to a point before the frame appeared on the screen, it doesn't change. How do I fix this?
Hi Stephen - Can you tell me what kind of computer you have (Mac/PC/Linux, Operating System, any hardware specs you can share)? Also, are you running the most up-to-date Flash drivers (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/)?
Hi, Hulu...I'm having a problem today with the picture freezing every few seconds. The audio continues, then the picture unfreezes...races ahead to catch up to the audio stream, plays for a minute just fine then back to freezing and on and on. Now, I always have this problem when my Ram is low and my Memory Optimizer is freeing up Ram...but today, with everything I clicked on...I had the same problem for the entire show INCLUDING the adverts. Any Advice...By the way, haven't changed my computer settings lately. I think I'll check out Veoh and NBC.com and see if I have the same problem. PAUSEOkay, I tested two other sites. I watched a series of 3 shows for 2 minutes. On NBC.com, there's a slight freeze in a two minute period but it's very brief. I next visited Veoh.com and depending on the show...there's some freezing. So, I don't know what's going on...What I do know is that the freezing is prolific on Hulu. A shame because your videos have ALWAYS been reliable. Not like VEOH...gag. I didn't have this problem a week ago. Any chance this is somehow related to the Digital Transition in the States? Just to let you know...never had any other problems before, like with audio, full screen modes, nothing. Maybe it's the Adobe Player?Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, because Hulu's my favorite spot. Until then, it's NBC or Veoh or....I'll find a new spot...
