Don't be too harsh. Hulu told you that you needed to have a fast enough connection. The average cable install is 5Mbps, and that's what I have. The buffering works just fine in most cases, unless I have another bandwidth-intensive service running.

If you would say that it was a mistake to go streaming instead of download and watch, I would disagree because a lot of the networks probably wouldn't have supported such a model..

I too occasionally have buffering issues. I don't believe it is a client bandwidth issue so much as a server bandwidth issue. The user base has been growing quickly and I don't believe hulu has been keeping up. I never had this issue until recently. Hulu dont fail me now, I love you but you have to keep up.

There are several factors that can result in videos stuttering/buffering.

As William mentioned, bandwidth could be one potential issue. I would suggest going to http://www.speedtest.net/ to determine if your bandwidth meets the minimum requirements of 1,000 Kbs.

Second, you should check that the current version of flash you are using is: 9.0.115. You can do this by going to: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/155/tn_15507.html

If you meet the requirements, I would suggest filling out the form at http://www.hulu.com/support/streaming and our support team will take a look.
