Description

Based on the legendary novel by Daniel Defoe, this is the tale of Robinson Crusoe. A young man leaves his true love to embark on an adventure, only to end up shipwrecked on a remote tropical island for 28 years, completely detached from the life he once knew. His desire to return to his wife and his strong and unlikely friendship with Friday are the only things that keep him sane. While stranded, Crusoe encounters enemies and braves the elements. Part MacGyver, part Castaway and part Pirates of the Caribbean, this is a contemporary morality tale about love, friendship and personal discovery. Crusoe is an aspirational tale of survival, rife with action and comedy.

I REALLY hope that Crusoe comes back!! I love this show, and had almost forgotten about it, until I saw it on here and now have fallen in love with it over again! I can't say enough times PLEASE!!! bring the show back! See 178 other replies

This is my first time in my 0 plus years of ever commenting on a show I have seen so please bear with me and keep that in mind as you read my thoughts here.

This was done in the old family fashion way yet had all of the modern things needed to make it in today’s world. I do not know how I missed this when it first came out but I have now seen all 12 parts and all I can say is WOW! It reminded me of my youth and the day dreams of being this person! I do hope they bring it back as this is one of the few that can not only make a family sit down together but can make the time enjoyable to boot!
Thank you and please let us all know how to help bring this wonderful show back so all can enjoy it!

Crusoe was a great show! I loved its characters and ongoing story lines as well as the shorter, individual story lines. Well acted by the main characters too (though the extras could sometimes use some help). The artistic design of the show was enjoyable as well.

I was really dissappointed to see that there is no second season of Crusoe planned! If there were some way I could help it to continue, I'd be happy to help!

i've only watched two episodes so far, but i keep looking at those tree-houses and thinking to myself: why don't they build a boat?! they've certainly got plenty of canvas for sails, wood for the boat itself, and rope for rigging.

they don't really need a compass or map to sail, though they would certainly help. the sun rises in the east and sets in the west, every day. once they find the mainland, they can work their way up the coast towards civilization.
