I'll tell you why. K-dramas are known for being, well, dramatic. Some of them a little too dramatic and unbelievable, with characters so one dimensional, plot twist so contrived and character development so tired and used it's just a bit too much to take seriously. So in all, most of these k-dramas become guilty pleasures and not really anything with any real content. I find that Crime Squad is one of the very few shows that does the opposite of that tried and true formula stated above. Mind you, it's not the perfect show, of course it lacks in certain areas, but overall it is enjoyable.
