Anybody ever put up a comparative chronology of the three-9 universe?

I keep confusing Tetsuro with Tochiro. Have they ever been seen together? See 3 other replies

Think of it as having historic value. It's kinda like watching Deep Space 9 because you got stuck on STNG. -- Definitely not a stand-alone product.

Above artwork I value story. This story Really Sucked.

I decided to watch the whole series before writing a review in hopes the the horror I felt in the first episode was a fluke. It was not. This show was a complete mess.

Cons:
* 1 dimensional characters whose purpose is... I have no idea
* Characters whose significant failings seem to have no consequences
* Military with no discipline or respect for the chain of command
* Bitter hostilities that are tossed about, but never fleshed out
* Enemies that are never really made clear.
* Random encounters that everyone is excited about with no explanation why

Pro: It's nice seeing high def versions characters from a couple different series (but an art book would have been better.

This show isn't even mindless fun. I'm so disappointed.

I can't believe how horrible this show is so far. The animation is classic (in a good way). (Most of) The voice actors have talent, but much of the story and dialogue feels like it was written by grade schoolers. I want to write this series off, but I also think I should watch it until the end to be sure. Ugh

I hope they bring more of the creators work on here soon. Like Captain Harloch, Space Battle Cruiser Yamato, or even Queen Emeraldas. I practically grew up with Captain Harloch in the local grocery store's comic book section. But I never got to finish it all. How do you let the owners of hulu know that we crave it and want more of it. I mean, I hate walking into the middle of a movie, but doesn't every body? Come to think of it, in that universe what series started it off? Which one brought brought Captain Harloch and Tochiro and the others? I know there's Gun Frontier, but that's a story arch. It's frustrating not knowing.

I would hope it would... It is from the same person that gave us "Space Battle Cruiser Yamato", Captain Harloch, GE 999 and Queen Emeraldas to name a few... There are several episodes that we see one ship or another from one of the other stories pop up for a cameo in all these shows.

I'm not sure if anyone else remember's The Battle Yamato, but this reak's of it. I like it though.
