Norma Kamali continues to be a leader in everything she does! The series is "spot on" to help create awareness and provide solutions to all of the topics she discusses about wellness. I hope she does more of these series in the future!

First of all, not only are all of these conversations with NK extremely interesting, but how great does NK look? How does she do it? I'm am getting older now, I am in my forty somethings...and I want to look just as good as NK in a few years! If I am smart, which I like to think I am, I am defintely going to listen to the experts that she takes advice from and draws her personal inspiration from! You seriously have to watch these convos, they will change the way you think!

Norma Kamali's clips offer insight into so many different aspects my life. All of her interesting comments and tips from her own personal guru's make you feel so special, like your paying for your own sessions! Everyone can gather something to better themselves from the variety of converation topics, from a healthy fitness regimen to cooking from fresh raw veggies. Try out any of these genius ideas, and you'll be feeling like a million bucks. Thanks Norma for putting together a great group of ideas that really make me feel like a zen goddess inside and out! -MF

I think it is so enlightning that Norma Kamali has done this - drawing awareness to a wellness lifestyle that promotes better health fitness beauty... it shows she cares about helping and making people look great inside out, and not just outside in. I have been attending her free Wellness Wednesday events here and there, and they are great! KUDOS, Norma Kamali!
