Caprica

@Kris King, You hit the proverbial nail on the head, friend. I haven't seen BSG at all, and I was lead to believe that I didn't need to in order to like Caprica.Obviously I was mislead, because every episode I watch, I'm usually bored with it by the 2nd commercial break.

I started watching this show when it first aired on hulu, and I must say that I've had to basically twist my own arm to stay focused on each & every episode. The characters were un-likable, the story was confusing from the beginning, and between being annoyed at the whiny girl cylon & her scary girlfriend, the show was more akin to an episode of <insert random teeny-bopper drama> just set "in the future," so it seems Sci-Fi enough.
Stargate: Universe, however... I was able to follow every episode from start to finish & actually got annoyed when I had to rewind something because someone else talked during the TV show... Caprica? I'd usually walk off right when it came back from commercial.So Zack, you may think this is good television, and you're entitled to your opinion. But better than SG-ANYTHING this show is not. That is fact.
