Based on Jack London's 1903 classic adventure novel, Call Of The Wild is set during the 1897 Klondike gold rush and filmed in Finland. John Thornton is a kindly prospector out to make it rich in the snow-covered Yukon. However, he must combat greedy rivals, bitter cold temperatures and other hazards at every turn. He receives invaluable help from Buck, a loyal German shepherd who was stolen from his home and turned into a working sled dog in Alaska. The man and the animal strike up a unique friendship as they travel through the wilderness.

bringing Hulu to a global audience.
