Boys Before Flowers

HULU won't let me post this review where it is supposed to be.

I loved this show at first. The over-the-top characterizations were a great nod to the manga roots. The acting was good. The storyline was standard, but still entertaining.

But then it kept going... and going... and so on... ad... in... fi... ni... tum.......
Too much. Too repeated. Too long. Too whiny.

Positives:
- evil Chairman Kang: Wow. She's like Cruella DeVille, the Evil Queen, and Hitler rolled into one. Strangely enough, she seemed like the "realest" character of them all.
- the side stories: Gaeul, Yi Jung, Ji Hoo and grandpa, Eun Kyang, etc. All of them were immensely more interesting than the Jan Di/Joon Pyo drivel.

I'd probably have a lot more to say about this show, but I think I've wasted enough time already watching it. It held my attention for a bit, but I think I only finished the series hoping it would get better and/or that Lee Min Ho would learn how to act. Sadly, neither happened.

Kim Hyun Joong lol

This show is my absolute favorite!!! This cast is the best and good looking (in my opinion) I love Lee Min Ho and Kim Hyung Joong. The story may get annoying at times but it is definitely worth watching :) Cute show overall...

This is the kdrama I recommend to people who have not watched one before. Why? Because it's hilarious, heartfelt, and just fun. It's a great starter for kdramas... and who can hate the adorable Goo Joon Pyo?

I LOVE this show!!! Yes the constantly having to save the girl over and over again got annoying and then it felt like OMG, she is never going to get the guy she loves. In the end she gets her happy ending.

I wish they showed them getting married instead of the 4 guys and her on the beach but over all a really good show!

i just like it :) it is fun to watch and you won't have time to be bored so just watch it you won't regret it believe me i am an expert i have been watching korean dramas for 4 years and if you want a name of another show as good watch you are beautiful i won't say anything else cuz the people before me has said enough

I watch this movie like 20x or more and I'm never tired of it... it so sad how they got through all the pain now they are together it so beautiful in the end... . I WANT TO SEE SEASON 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i wish in season 2 that we get to see they get marry and have kids and a whole new generation start!!!!! :D I WISH THEIR A SEASON 2!!!!
