My british best friend thinks most american comedies are tripe and over-rated.... Personally, I think "Better Off Ted" is a refreshing addition to the rest of the (ahem) comedic garbage that the networks continue to sling our general direction.
Because of work issues, I missed a lot of episodes, and am just catching up on them now (along with about a dozen other shows).
Two things: ABC has picked up "Ted" for more episodes in 2010... and Hulu - if you start CHARGING for content, you'll lose >80% of your viewer base. Add another commercial break or two - I'd be game with that, so long as it's just ONE commercial at a time, and you'd probably make a LOT more money than you would charging for content.
