Totally easy to watch but lots of fun. I discovered it when I was sick and went through the season in a few days, and it made being sick less awful. I loved and I wish they would have made more the one season. I like it so much I might go see if they have the books somewhere.

There is more to the story, apparently, but most plotlines opened by this series are closed up in the end (the final three are more "bonus" that just delve a bit more into relationships.)

As for MushiShi, there is no true "end". With few exceptions, each episode is easily stand alone and self-contained. There is no "start" or "end", as far as the series is concerned; you learn a bit more about Gendo, but that's it. See 4 other replies

I hate to watch an entire season to find out that the show was discontinued for what ever reason. I was watching mushi master the other day was really disappointed to get to the end of the season and to know what happens next.

i couldnt make it thru the first episode. im sure it makes more sense later, but there was too much going on. i lost interest and got too confused.
