I am going to kill myself

I was so sad when Fox, in their infinite wisdom, pulled this show for skating with the stars. Apparently the numbers just weren't there since the average dim-wit needs in-your-face simple comedy with canned laughter so they can tell what the funny parts are, and reality shows.
But Ron Howard and the writers of Arrested Development wanted to be better than that. The subtle jokes, the digs at pop culture, and instead of a punch line, something like a quick subtle look at the camera which let us know exactly what they were thinking was what I found funnier than anything you'll find on shows like Two and a Half Men.
Finally, a new smart comedy, Modern Family has hit the air, but it too doesn't appeal to dim-wits, and I'm just waiting for them to pull it too, leaving with us the same old watered-down crap that makes them big money.
