Was actually re-filmed/edited and became S2E18 as this was the episode that was technically "in the can", post production - but was being filmed in the same 3 day period as we lost Pete. The episode floats around time to time and if you get it and watch it, then watch S2E18 - you will see the exact plot, actors etc. and cuts that were re-used. As we all know series are generally not filmed in order and more of time and location are used then edited together to make the final cut - as such this is (S2E18) the actual first cut/episode that Roger Davis co-starred in. (as Heyes, he in a prior episode as a guest star and besides narrating the series - he was also around frequently as a stand in/double and stunt man on the series.)
