I spent about 3 weeks watching all of these episodes. They're so amazing. One thing I did find out toward the end is the network must have MADE him say the killers were caught and punished every time. Probably because they didn't want to be blamed if someone tried any of the things in the stories. You can notice this by him saying hints like "I feel compelled to tell you." (like they made him say it).

These 1 hour episodes are better than his 30 minute episodes, start with them first.

For the record, Episode 1 of season 1 is extremely similar to the 1930 movie, Streets of Chance, starring William Powell and Kay Francis.

Which Hitchcock and the other shows tghat are the "golden era" of TV, are great, there are some great westerns also!How about running "Gunsmoke"? THAT is the best TV western ever! Also, "The Adventures of Briscoe County Jr. is a great but short lived series also.It just wasn't give half a chance as whwen uit was on TV, they kept changing the time slot and nights each week, plus it was pre-empted a lot too. I'd LOVE to see sonme of the pilot shows. The only one so far as I know, that IS on here witrh the series, is the two piklot episodes of "Lost in Space". We'd LOVE to see more pilots!

About the only GOOD thing THESE days is they embalm you, and when they remove the blood from you, you NEVER have to worry about waking up alive in a buried casket, but it used to happen sometimes. I read where one cemetary had been moved and as it was a VERY old cemetary, one coffin was opened and it ACTUALLY DID SHOW where the person had tried to use his FINGERNAILS to try to scratch his way out. THAT WOULD be a horrible thought! See 2 other replies

Actually, they were 2 DIFFERENT MEN, with the old man in THIS one,"Torrin Thatcher" and I forgt the old man in the TWZ episode which you named (which was a good episode of TWZ), what his name is. He also starred in a second TWZ episode. Torrin Thatcher played a part as a "space trader" in the old "Lost in Space " TV series. THAT was a GOOD EPISODE TOO! See 2 other replies
